My journey started with my Eagle Scout project, a mission in which 60 experiment-packed STEM Kits were built and donated to low-income communities. What began as a simple effort to give back to my community quickly ignited a deeper passion: expanding access to STEM education for all students, especially those who lack the necessary resources.

This spark grew into the foundation of Discovering Sparks, an nonprofit founded to help students lacking STEM resources discover the amazing mysteries of the world through science, technology, engineering, and math. In doing this, we hope to spark a passion for STEM.

Now, as a student at UCLA, I am more committed than ever to bridging the educational gap and ensuring that every young person—regardless of their background—has the opportunity to discover and pursue their potential in STEM.
